Order & Shipping Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive two emails from MaisieWalker.shop. The first is a receipt/confirmation email, which will arrive within a few minutes after you submit your order. The second is a shipping confirmation email, which will arrive after your order has been shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing time is 1-2 business days.
USA: Once your order has been shipped, it may take 2-5 business days to arrive (depending on your country).
International: Once your order has been shipped, it may take 1-2 weeks to arrive (depending on your location in the world).
The arrival date shown on the product detail page is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as the shipping carrier, the type of shipping selected, and weather.
How much is the shipping and handling fee?
United States
Shipping & Handling:
All orders over $25 receive free shipping
All orders are charged a flat $6.99 shipping fee, capped at $24.99
International
Shipping & Handling:
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your country and city.
Monthly Bracelet Club does not accept international orders.
All international orders are considered final sales.
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection covers packages and products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
Insurance is effective immediately until 24 hours after the package is marked as delivered by USPS.
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we will provide you with a redemption code equal to the value of the original order. You can use the redemption code to select a new item and exchange it at no charge.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process a Shipping Protection refund.

Your order is shipped from our US headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your bracelet - if you have any questions, we're here to help! You can return or exchange items for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
We operate a trust-based system that believes in kindness, honesty and simplicity. No need to jump through hoops, just contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
To make this policy sustainable for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we see repeated abuse.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition
Exchanges are one-time only - items redeemed cannot be redeemed again
Items purchased using discount codes, wholesale or during promotions can be redeemed for store credit.
Items received for free cannot be returned or exchanged
International orders, mystery items, seed bead bracelets, after-sale offers, and monthly bracelet clubs are final sales
Lost packages marked as delivered must be reported within 10 days
Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable
